Valpolicella

From the Veneto region in the North of Italy, Valpolicella is made from the Corvina grape. Delicious aromas and flavours of cherry and dark chocolate are typical of these wines. The Ripasso wines are made in the same way as Amarone, where sun-dried grapes are pressed and the concentrated juice is then vinified.
