Chianti

The region of Chianti is in Tuscany, the architypal image of Italy with its rolling hills, cypress tress and olive and lemon groves. The wines are made from Sangiovese. Quality varies across the region and the best wines are to be found in Chianti Classico zone, between Florence and Siena.
