Additional Information
To create the beautiful Salmon pink, colour the fruit is given a brief maceration for up to 6 hours to transfer this pale pink colour. The resulting wine has a very fresh acidity resulting in an incredible lightness with delicious red fruit flavours. This wine is off-dry but don’t let that scare you off the acidity compensates this sweetness.
Part of Villa Wolf’s Varietal range they have offered up a stunning Rose that offers something a little different compared to the usual bone-dry offerings from Cote de Provence.
This wine comes from the Pfalz region in Germany located in South Western Germany along the Rhine river valley which is directly north of France’s Alsace region. The grapes which are harvested are solely used to produce Rose wine; the grapes are only harvested if they are perfectly ripe and healthy.
