 *Free standard delivery also applies to ALL gift vouchers and tasting tickets.

* The above delivery costs apply to most of mainland UK, some Scottish addresses are not included.

* Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday's & Bank Holidays.

Delivery costs outside mainland UK-

Our Scottish Highland and Island postcodes are supplied to us via our courier, you can see a full list of all delivery postcodes and their charges by clicking here.

 We do not deliver to the USA at this time. 

Delivery that suits you-

Don’t wait around for your delivery. With Corks Out you will know exactly when your parcel is going to arrive.

Leave your mobile number or email address when you order and we will either text or email you.

• The morning of your delivery you will receive a 1 hour time slot telling you exactly when your parcel will arrive.

• You can watch the delivery drivers route and follow your parcel on its journey.

• If you’re not going to be at home you can simply text or email back to arrange a new delivery date that suits you or even have it delivered to a neighbour.

Returns-

• You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

• Once we have recvied the parcel back we will refund you and it should be back in your account in 1-5 working days. 

• If you wish to return your parcel please email us on warehouse@corksout.com

• If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent we will refund the cost of your order minus the delivery charges.

• Our delivery company's working days are Monday- Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays. 

• Charges are per order. 

• Please note we will do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If there is a delay with your order we will contact you.

• Free delivery is for mainland UK only.

• If the product you have ordered is out of stock someone will contact you as soon as possible.

• If you're order is a multishipment , deliveries are charged per address. For example if you have ordered 10 bottles to 10 different addresses each address will be classed as an individual order.
