Delivery and Returns

We deliver to some address in mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and Europe. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

Mainland UK Delivery Costs:

• Free Standard Delivery on orders £90 and over. Also on all gift vouchers and tasting tickets- Within 5 working days.

• Standard Delivery orders under £90- £5.99 - Within 5 working days.

• Express Delivery £7.99 - Within 3 working days.

• Next Day Delivery £15.99- Providing the order is placed by 2pm.

• Next Day AM Delivery £19.99 - Providing the order is placed by 2pm

• Saturday AM Delivery £15.99 - Saturday by 12pm providing the order is placed by 2pm Friday

Christmas delivery schedule:

  • Standard Delivery: Order by Monday 18th December for delivery on or before 22nd December
  • Express Delivery: Order by Wednesday 20th December for delivery on or before 22nd December
  • Next Day Delivery: Order by Thursday 21st December (2pm cut off) for delivery on or before 22nd December 
  • Saturday Delivery: Order by Friday 22nd December (2pm cut off) for delivery on Saturday 23rd December
  • Sunday Delivery: Friday 22nd December 2pm cut off (2pm cut off) for delivery on Sunday 24th December

 

 

Delivery is made Monday - Friday with an additional charge for Saturday delivery and no delivery Sundays or Bank Holidays. If the Carrier is unable to deliver the driver will leave a card and try to deliver the next day. If next day delivery fails again, a card will be left requesting that you pick up your order from the carriers depot. If the parcel is not picked up the carrier will return to Corks Out and the customer will have to pay for a further delivery. If the customer gives special instructions to Corks Out for the carrier to leave the parcel outside your house or with a neighbour it will be left at the customers own risk.

Next day delivery needs to be ordered by 2pm (12 noon at peak times). If your item is out of stock we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative product or to advise you on a later delivery date.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
