Inspired by the woodland that surrounded him Jamie Baxter came across silver birch, dandelion, burdock, elderberry and iris which led him to create the basis of the Burleigh London Dry recipe.
Produced in the vast countryside of Leicestershire this London Dry Gin was created as an homage to the Burleigh Wood located near the distillery grounds.
