The Tosolini family have been dedicated to the perfection of grappa since the distillery was founded by Bepi Tosolini nearly seventy years ago. Now produced by his grandchildren, the family still use the same growers for the pomace that they distil as soon after harvest as possible. This makes for a grappa that shines with light aromas and fresh flavours. The Moscato varietal grappa shines with the character of the grape showing a honeyed nose with a touch of blossom and mint, there’s a floral palate followed by a delicate, cleansing and persistent grapy finish.
