Tasting note.
A rich, well balanced example of the Aussie classic blend.  Lush black fruits coupled with touches of woodspice, liquorice and cassis follow through to a delicious, velvety finish.
Winemaking note.
The traditional Aussie blend: full-on Shiraz given some backbone with Cabernet. Sourced from a variety of blocks in the Riverland, McLaren Vale and Barossa; each picked at individual optimum ripeness and fermented separately, matured in both oak barrels and in tank; prior to blending shortly before bottling.
