Best served as an aperitif or with an evening meal, such as white meat, crayfish or a quiche.
The Taittinger Brut Reserve champagne is the company's flagship wine, made from a blend of 35 to 40 crus, consisting of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meuier selected from 30 to 50 different vineyards and matured to create the finished wine. This higher proportion of Chardonnay compared to most non-vintage champagnes results in the excellent balance of minerality and generous fruitiness. It is then aged for three to four years in the cellars to achieve maturity and allow the aromatic potential to fully develop.
