It is light green in colour with excotic forthcoming frangipani flower, passionfruit and gooseberry on the nose. Flinty minerally notes on the pallet follow through with a crisp acidity. Delicious juicy green fruit flavours rounds it off elegantly.
By hand early in the morning. Grapes are harvested at different ripeness levels over about 3 weeks in 3 or more successive harvests ranging from 19 to 24 degrees balling. Each harvest is vinified separately then blended to create Quando Sauvignon Blanc.
