This light Prosecco (10.5%abv) has a soft straw colour, very small bubbles and is semi-sparkling. There is a touch of pear and melon in the aroma, the palate is crisp and clean with a nice acidity and it has a refreshing dry finish. The producer ‘Cavit' is a modern and forward-thinking co-operative which has just won 'European Producer of the Year' for the second time.
