Fairly round and inviting. Slightly firm around the edges, but there's plenty of fruit here to enjoy. Very sweet but consistent tannins.
Ideal for red meats, pasta and fine fermented or Roquefort cheeses.

Hand harvested in small baskets, selected lots of grapes are used for this wine. With special vineyards conduction to obtain a deep flavour concentration. Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 48 hours.
The winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated for 15 to 20 days.

This wine is aged for twelve months in new oak. 80% American Oak and 20% French Oak barrels. This wine is aged 4 months in bottles before release.
