Ripe fruit flavour is the first note to receive then bready and yeasty quantity with warm stone fruit hints. The bead of bubbles is small and adequate. 

English producers should concentrate of the sparkling wine industry if they are capable of producing quality like this. This is an excellent dry sparkling wine, from the heart of the Kent country side.

 

The English fizz rated by Jancis Robinson in the FT as the best one in Blightly, up against 55 competitors, including 2 Champagnes for control purposes (it beat those too!). Also bagged a Silver Medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards in 2010, a Gold Medal at UKVA 2010, and the list goes on....
