Franschhoek Cellar Stone Bridge Pinotage 2010

Dark crimson colour, with a nose of pepper, earthy spice and bright red berry fruit. Soft and luscious on the palate, with strawberry, red cherry and vanilla flavours, with a touch of garrigue spice. Pair with red meats and BBQ food.

Franschhoek Cellar was founded in 1945 by a group of local grape farmers to vinify their grapes on a co-operative basis.

In recent years, Franschhoek Vineyards has shed the old co-op image and is currently operating as a private winery; this new image has initiated a drive to produce quality wines at affordable prices. The excellence of the wines produced has improved significantly over the past three years.
