Dense purple in colour with extraordinary aromas that keep developing and changing: hints of black cherries, cinnamon, black chocolate. On the palate, it is full, concentrated and powerful, with elements of cedar wood, tobacco, coffee, licorice and blackcurrant, with chalky tannins and a long, lingering finish. Serve with game, red meats and cheeses.
