Scotland has more distilleries that have ceased production than those that still distil today. Many have been knocked down some have been replaced by supermarkets, housing or restaurants. Others sit unchanged from the day they last distilled with a vague hope that one day whisky may run through their stills again. Edradour is one of Scotland's smallest distilleries and has somehow escaped the wrath of the rationalising accountants. A ray of hope for us who are passionate about whisky
