Amber aspect, with aromas of dried fruit and nuts, with a slight malty sweetness. Full and smooth on the palate, with soem vegetal notes of mint and leaves, supported by some toffee and treacle notes.

Scotland has more distilleries that have ceased production than those that still distil today. Many have been knocked down some have been replaced by supermarkets, housing or restaurants. Others sit unchanged from the day they last distilled with a vague hope that one day whisky may run through their stills again.
