Domaine Ott Romassan Bandol Rose 2011

Pale onion skin in aspect, with aromas of fleshy red fruits, mineral earth and notes of spice, leading to a full, refreshing palate with distinct notes of strawberry, black pepper, and a long, rich finish. Pair with tender red meat, seafood, fish and Asian cuisine.

Acquired in 1935, in the Côtes de Provence appellation, 41 hectares are planted to vines. Again, the land was entirely remodeled and replanted in the 1930s.

The Estate’s picturesque seafront location is known for its mix of shale and clay soils. The microclimate and the sea spray provide highly favourable conditions for white wines.

This wine is expensive for a rose, don't get me wrong, but oh my god is it worth it! If you have the money this is 100% worth a try!
