Colour: Citrus yellow
Aroma: Large aromatic complexity, minerality, floral notes, resin and balsamic freshness.
Palate: Great elegance with a vibrant acidity and excellent balance with a powerful and surprising end.
The grape bunches are manually selected in the vineyard and in the winery before crushing. The grapes are crushed and destemmed followed by 12 hours of pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation in stainless steel by passing tumultuous phase followed by racking for new barrels where finish fermentation. There followed a period of "battonnage" on lees until very close to total gridlock.
