This wine was recently in the ‘Top Ten Best Rose’ list in the Sunday Times magazine and I can totally understand why, we popped it into our Enomatic tasting machines and it became a huge hit with the customers.  It’s not a wishy washy rosé and has a lovely strawberry palate that finishes dry.  I could quite easily just drink this one on its own, however, tuna salad and salmon fishcakes come to mind too.  Not a fishy type then try some antipasti or light pasta dishes, get it in the fridge and try it quick, there isn’t a huge amount of it around and i can see why…
