Chase Williams Gin is gently infused with a choice of wild botanicals and naturally pure water from the aquifer that runs under the orchards, this gin captures the true taste of juniper, highlighted by the sweetness of apples, elderflower and hops.

It is a relatively unknown fact that gin is made out of vodka, so when Chase set out to make their fine gin, they needed the perfect vodka. So after much experimenting, they turned our organic cider apples, grown on the estate, into apple chase vodka and distilled that into this elegantly crisp gin to make the perfect gin martini

Chase, who are well known for making posh crisps have diversified and are producing the first batches of English Potato Vodka, and now Gin.  They have invested in a beautiful distillery with a hand made traditional copper still to ensure the best vodka production, and rather than the industrial scale mass production, they have opted for a more artisan approach.  The provenance is very important to them and all the potatoes are grown by them in adjacent fields to the distillery.
