The Chablis Sylvain Mosnier is a greenish/silver colour, with a bouquet of lanolin, hints of green fruit and underlying mineral tones. A medium weight palate follows, with mouthwatering acidity and typical steely fruit, earth and vegetal notes.

Pair with oysters, seafood and salads.

Small batch producer Sylvain Mosnier farms 15ha of vineyards spread across the AOCS of Petit Chablis and Chablis, including 3 Premier Cru sites. With the aid of his son Olivier, he makes traditionally styled Chablis, with great intensity of flavour, and true expression of the terroir of the region.
