Jean-Claude Bessin and his wife own and operate this estate in the Chablis region of Burgundy. Their wines are perfect examples of how the Chablis minerality shows through tremendous weight and succulence. Besides meticulous vineyard management this is achieved through the use of older barrels which allow for effective lees contact and controlled access to oxygen.
