The Chablis Mosnier Vieilles Vignes has deep minerality on the nose with plenty of gentle fruit. On the palate it is four-square and very dense with an assertive savoury finish.
This is a lovely Chablis that would go well with white fish and shrimps.

And with one bottle I rediscovered my love of Chablis! Completely unoaked and made from vines which are an average of 50+ years, giving this Chablis the trademark mineral and flint elegance, but also an almost creamy complexity you’d expect from a Premier Cru.
