Brilliant ruby red in colour, with full aromas of ripe strawberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry, leading to a vibrant, full palate of raspberry, pepper spice and red berry fruit, supported by moderate acidity and a long, smooth finish. Serve with poultry, shellfish or grilled, pan-fried or steamed salmon.
