Tasting notes

Cardenal Mendoza has a strong nose of plums, dates and raisins with a small hint of liquorice, coffee and caramel. The flavours to the palate are well balanced and consist of dried fruits with a nutty flavour upon finsish.

Like a sherry it has been aged in a solera which has been made from casks, giving this unique Spanish brandy a superb richness.
