This has always been one of our favourites. And yours too! This is one of our most popular products.

The Bollinger Rose is a vibrant pink champagne, with a mousse consisting of a steady stream of fine bubbles - the hallmark of any Bollinger Champagne. Soft red fruit on the palate, with notes of blackcurrants and red currants dominate. The palate is full and fresh in the mouth, with flavours of raspberries, strawberries and red cherry, balanced by good acidity and a long, creamy finish.

Best served as an aperitif, or with summer puddings or fruit based desserts.

Bollinger is to this day a family owned chamagne house, with a fine tradition of quality and deference to tradition. It sources approximately two-thirds of the grapes that go to make the wines from its own vineyards. The respect for tradition is epitomised by the use of barrels for fermentation, and the company employes the only in-house cooper in the region. The Bollinger style has remained consistent with family traditons, following Christian Bizot's original Charter of Ethics and Quality, created in 1922, demonstrating a consistency of approach to champagne production that was first following under the guidance of Madame Lily Bollinger herself.
