The wheat grain spirit is triple distilled over Nordic Birch charcoal and then filtered at very low temperatures to produce a spirit of exceptional purity.  The resultant spirit is then combined with natural springwater from Shetlands sandstone acquifers to produce the finsihed vodka which is exceptionally smooth and satisfying.
