The Billecart-Salmon Demi-Sec champagne is a pale golden colour, with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and buttered brioche. Full and balanced on the palate, with notes of stone fruit, honey and cream, with excellent acidity and length of flavour. Serve with pastries and chocolate cake.

Billecart-Salmon Champagne is one of the few remaining Champagne houses owned by the original family and was established in 1818 by Nicolas-François Billecart.
