The Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs is pale gold with a fine mousse of delicate bubbles, with aromas of dried fruits, almonds, fresh hazelnuts and peach fruit. Full and creamy on the palate, with notes of brioche and a distinct minerality, finishing long and fresh with a slight sweetness. Serve with oysters, caviar and fresh seafood.

A delicate, fine mousse, with pin-prick bubbles rising like cheers hailing the return of the triumphant warrior. Notes of dried fruits, peaches, hazelnuts, almonds and brioche cascade over a full and creamy palate with a finish longer than an Oscar-winning acceptance speech. Simply breathtaking.
