Crisp and fresh on the nose, with notes of golden apple, lemon and dried fruits, leading to fresh butter, and brioche. On the palate, notes of mature fruit, quince and apple mix, supported by good acidity and a long finish. Best served with seafood, risotto and cold cuts.

This is just a lovely, lovely, lovely Champagne. I've tried quite a few over the years and this is in my top 5.
