Ancora Chiaretto Rose 2011

This wine is made from Barbera and Pinot Noir grapes. Grown in the Monferrato hills in Piemonte.Bright strawberry pink colour. Delicately aromatic with wild strawberry fruit characteristics. Light and crisp on the palate with ripe fruit balanced by tangy acidity.Fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures with cultured yeasts. 

Set up in 2003, Adria Vini owned by Boutinot and Araldica Vini Piemontesi, the leadingco-operative in Piemonte. All aspects of production, from grape harvesting through to vinification, maturation, blending and bottling are overseen by Araldica's Claudio Manera and Lella Burdese. The aim is to produce a range of authentic, well-priced wines from local Italian grape varieties.
