Vibrant pink in aspect, with fine bubbles and steady mousse, offering aromas of summer raspberries and strawberries on the nose, giving way to an elegant, balanced palate of blackcurrant and morello cherry, supported by excellent acidity and length of flavour. Serve as an aperitif, or with fruit based desserts.

For the past 25 years, in the Champagne region, Alain Thienot has been laying the foundations for a new "Champagne house", forever faithful to the key values - quality, modernity and luxury - that have allowed this region to become renowned the world over. This daring creation, in a domain whose greatest names first appeared in the 18th century, is an example of the determined entrepeneur's personality, a combination of his value of terroir, savoir faire, and sharing of knowledge. This adventure has given birth to a "French Brand" of international stature, an ideal marriage of prestige and creativity. Working with his 2 children, Garance and Stanislas, Alain Thienot and his champagne are emblematic of the 21st century - exclusive, international and modern.
