The Thienot Brut Champagne is golden in colour with a creamy texture, a powerful nose and a lingering finish exhibiting a variety of orchard fruit flavours. An elegant wine that is the embodiment of the Thienot style.

Champagne Thienot has become the house brand of choice for some of the top London restaurants and a favourite at Raymond Blanc’s restaurant; exclusive, international and modern, this elegant glass of fizz is a wonderful accompaniment to the meatier fish dishes such as monkfish or salmon and will also match a creamy sauce. Alternatively serve as an aperitif.

For the past 25 years, in the Champagne region, Alain Thienot has been laying the foundations for a new "Champagne house", forever faithful to the key values - quality, modernity and luxury - that have allowed this region to become renowned the world over. This daring creation, in a domain whose greatest names first appeared in the 18th century, is an example of the determined entrepeneur's personality, a combination of his value of terroir, savoir faire, and sharing of knowledge. This adventure has given birth to a "French Brand" of international stature, an ideal marriage of prestige and creativity. Working with his 2 children, Garance and Stanislas, Alain Thienot and his champagne are emblematic of the 21st century - exclusive, international and modern.

Alain Thienot’s NV is really classy. Fresh, bright and balanced with lovely citrus freshness and subtle savoury toastiness. Some structure here. Nice presence and a lovely pithy grip. Lovely wine.
