Serve as an aperitif.
For the past 25 years, in the Champagne region, Alain Thienot has been laying the foundations for a new "Champagne house", forever faithful to the key values - quality, modernity and luxury - that have allowed this region to become renowned the world over. This daring creation, in a domain whose greatest names first appeared in the 18th century, is an example of the determined entrepeneur's personality, a combination of his value of terroir, savoir faire, and sharing of knowledge. This adventure has given birth to a "French Brand" of international stature, an ideal marriage of prestige and creativity. Working with his 2 children, Garance and Stanislas, Alain Thienot and his champagne are emblematic of the 21st century - exclusive, international and modern.

Lovely complexity and depth in this champagne. Really elegant and a fab price for Vintage! Don't be put off by the unfamiliar name, Thienot is one of Champagnes most recently formed marques. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

What great value for money for a vintage Champagne, it's certainly one of my favourites. You could easily pay this price for a non-vintage big brand. It has depth, complexity and elegant style through to the last drop!
