Tsantali began farming organically in 1997. Today, the whole vineyard at Mount Athos (80 hectares) is cultivated organically, as are the privately-owned vineyards at Agios Pavlos, Halkidiki (20 hectares). The Tsantali aim is to deliver consumer-oriented, quality-driven wines which offer great value for money.
Pale straw yellow in colour, with aromas of fresh citrus fruit, some notes of cut grass and a distinctive mineral backbone. Refreshing and lively on the palate, with good acidic structure and flavours of lime, green apple and gala melon, with a long, mineral supported finish. Serve with salads, couscous dishes and seafood.
