Robust Malbec aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, it is a luscious dark red with violet hues, fabulous dark cherry and plum flavours with hints of vanilla from the oak. I love the balance of this wine which I think is perfect for winter dishes but soft enough to enjoy on its own.
