Pale straw to lime in colour, this wine exhibits classis lemon zest and lanoline aromas combined with a hint of buttered toast derived from the bottle maturation. The palate has luscious lemon, pineapple and marmalade flavours with a refreshing crisp, mineral finish.
Although released as a three year old wine, this semillon will benefit from a further four years bottle age if stored in optimum conditions.
It makes an ideal accompaniment to fresh seafood dishes, including white fleshed fish such as barramundi or flathead, freshly shucked Sydney rock oysters, and white meats such as chicken fillets in a pesto sauce
