Serving temperature: between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius Appearance: Burgundy tones with terracotta nuances. Bouquet: Interesting on nose of oak that blend extremely well with other spice nuances. Taste: Powerful and velvety at first, it leaves a pleasant warmth and finishes with a prolonged aftertaste. Mature tannins. Oenologist’s opinion: produced by the tempranillo grape and aged in casks, it also spends years in the bottle in order to attain its ample bouquet. Its colour is tile red with touches of violet, on nose one can perceive the complex secondary and tertiary aromas proceeding from the long maturing process which it has undergone. In the mouth it is balanced and silky, leaving a warm and prolonged aftertaste. It is an ideal Gran reserve to accompany and reinforce the taste of the best stews and meats.Gastronomic recommendations: combines well with red meats, big game, roasted meats, cold meats, pates and cheeses. Serve at room temperature.
