Noilly Prat Red is the new sweet vermouth. It uses a secret combination of 30 herbs imported from five continents. The vermouth is created from two types of fine white table wines¸ Clairette and Picpoul. Production takes three years to complete¸ including a year aging in outdoor barrels. It is versatile and ideal for cooking¸ as the flavour does not evaporate¸ or as an aperitif.
