My Gineration have been producing sloe gin and flavoured vodka since 2003. All the liqueurs (except Christmas Pudding Rum*) are made with only fruit, sugar, alcohol and time. Nothing else. Because nothing else is necessary. The mixture is left to steep for weeks or months (depending on the fruit), filtered and bottled
