Bright salmon in colour, the nose offers fresh fruit aromas of peach, kiwi, pineapple and passion fruit, with some underlying notes of toasted brioche, a product of the ageing process. In the mouth, the peach aromas strangely disappear, replaced by flavours of tropical fruit, with lively acidity and a pleasingly long finish.
