Pale straw in colour with green lights, this is a classic Sauvignon blanc with gooseberry and pink grapefruit perfumes. There is a little hint of tropical fruit but it is not overwhelming. Clean, fresh and crisp on the palate, with notes of passion fruit, gooseberry and a zingy herbaceousness. Good weight without being heavy, it has a long, clean finish.
