With 20cl bottles of Hine Vintages: Grande Champagne 1957 and 1975 and an Early Landed 1981. The quality of this range is excellent and it is classily presented in an attractive wooden box.
1957 - Pale Amber in colour and quite robust. Notes of preserved fruits and vanilla with a distinct floral impression. On the palate, without being overly strong, the cognac reveals perfumes of dry fuits and dry leather. A very pleasant aftertaste.
1975 - This very powerful Grand Champagne is dominated by tannins and spices. On the palate, the volume and persistence confirm the first impressions on the nose. A very masculine cognac.
1981 - An extraordinarily harmonious vintage. A wet year and high humidity contributed to this discreet vintage. On the nose, hints of honey and apricot. Very delicate on the palate.
