A rosé cava elaborated from the Monastrell and Garnatxa red grape varieties. Aged for a minimum of 30 months in the bottle. It is a deep pink-coloured cava with cherry hues. Aroma of red fruit with lactic hints and a gentle floral background.
Corpulent on the palate with an agreeable long finish. Ideal as an aperitif or combined with pasta, rice, fish, well seasoned white meat and red meat stews.
