The varieties Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Parellada, are the basis for elaborating this Gran Reserva. Aged for a minimum of 30 months in the bottle. It is a straw coloured cava with golden hues and an intense, deep aroma. On the palate it is first smooth and consistent, with a long, dry finish.
Recommended for accompanying red and white meat, fish dishes, or for drinking at any time of day.
