Firestick is inspired by one of nature's most dramatic night-time performances; the animated dance of lightning strikes or sticks of fire that illuminate the vast Australian landscape when two opposing storm fronts clash.
The fruit for this wine comes from vines which thrive in the sandy loam soils of the Hunter Valley. The fermentation of these grapes were stopped early in order to retain some natural sugar in the finished wine. Aromas of tropical fruits and musk, rich fruity flavours of pears and pineapple follow onto the palate for a luscious finish. Best served chilled and makes a great accompaniment to fruit salads, tarts and ice cream.
