This liquid golden asset is brilliantly concentrated. The honeyed bouquet is layered with sun dried peach and apricot aromas and the typical flavours of ‘Botrytis Cinerea’. On the palate there is a taste explosion of ripe pineapples. It is an elegant but flavour packed wine with good fruit and fresh acidity for long ageing.
The fresh acidity on this rich wine makes it an uber-flexible pudding partner - delicious with fruit tart but able to cut through gooey chocolate concoctions too. Push the experimental boat out and try it with blue cheese.
