This wine smells as if it has been made with strawberries and raspberries. It is a blend of two grapes, Shiraz and Sangiovese.
Harvested at night to retain the grapes' flavours, the juice is left ot sit on the skins for 8 hours which gives the wine not only its colour but also its savoury berry flavour. The result is delightful, fresh and fruity. This is a rosé as it should be.
