Brilliant pale gold with green tinges. On the nose, white flowers developing into exotic fruit – mandarin and mango, and gooseberry. The palate is lively, smooth and has full fruit, fleshy but balanced by excellent acidity. Long, lively and very attractive new style Bordeaux Blanc.
A wine which will stand on its own very well, or accompany a wide range of dishes - fine fish and shellfish, salads, soft cheeses.
