Very pale straw with green reflections. The bouquet is clean and fresh, with apple notes, light and breezy; this is a very dry wine, crisp and fresh ( the retained carbon dioxide adds to the freshness) with light apple and grassy flavours, and an almost salty tang.
A wine grown so close to the sea not surprisingly goes well with seafood - this is a natural choice for shellfish, and is also very appealing as an excellent aperitif wine.
